摘 要:转杯粒化法是当前最具发展前景的一种熔渣干法粒化技术,但粒化过程中产生的丝状物极不利于粒化设备的稳定运行,这限制了该技术的产业化.本文中通过黄磷渣转杯粒化热态实验,研究了熔渣温度、熔渣流量、转杯直径及转杯转速对粒化产物中丝状物生成量的影响.结果表明:随着熔渣温度的升高,丝状物占比减少,当熔渣温度低于1325℃时,丝状物占比超过5%;随着熔渣流量的增加,丝状物占比也减少,当熔渣流量在0.2 kg/s以上时,丝状物占比不超过5%;在相同的转杯边缘线速度下,转杯直径越大,粒化产物中丝状物占比越高.此外,建立了丝状物占比的预测模型,可为熔渣转杯粒化工艺参数的选择提供理论指导.The rotary cup granulation method is the most promising dry slag granulation process.However,the fiber generated during the granulation process is not conducive to the stable operation of the granulation equipment and limits the industrialization of the technology.Therefore,the effects of slag temperature,slag flow rate,cup diameter and cup rotating speed on the amount of fiber in the granulated product has been studied through the thermal experiment of yellow phosphorus slag rotary cup granulation.The research results show that the proportion of fiber decreases with the increase of slag temperature,and when the slag temperature is lower than 1325℃the proportion of fiber exceeds 5%.Besides,the proportion of fiber exceed 5%with the increase of slag flow,the proportion of fiber decreases,and the proportion of fiber does not exceed 5%when the slag flow rate is above 0.2 kg/s.It is also found that under the same linear speed of the cup edge,the larger the cup diameter,the higher the proportion of fiber in the granulated product.At the end of the paper,a prediction model for the proportion of fiber is established,which can provide theoretical guidance for the selection of process parameters of slag rotary cup granulation.
