摘　　要：国家物流枢纽是物流体系的核心基础设施,辐射区域广、集聚效应强、服务功能优、运行效率高,在全国物流网络中发挥关键节点、重要平台和骨干枢纽的作用。沈阳是国家物流枢纽的承载城市,分析其国家物流枢纽城市建设的现状,梳理其优势、劣势、机会与风险。围绕发展多式联运、加强区域物流中心建设、推进区域物流枢纽协调发展、打造智慧物流体系等方式,为完善陆港型国家物流枢纽城市建设提供对策与建议,具有一定的现实意义。The national logistics hub is the core infrastructure of the logistics system,with wide radiation area,strong agglomeration effect,excellent service function and high operational efficiency,playing the role of key node,important platform and backbone hub in the national logistics network.Shenyang is the bearing city of the national logistics hub.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the national logistics hub city,summarizes its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks.Through development of multimodal transportation,strengthening the construction of regional logistics centers,promoting the coordinated development of regional logistics hubs,building a smart logistics system,and providing countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of national land-port logistics hub cities.It has certain practical significance.
