摘　　要：文章主要探讨双循环下陕西省生鲜农产品冷链物流发展对策,通过对其发展现状分析,指出陕西省生鲜农产品冷链物流存在的不足,从优化企业布局、加大培育力度、提升扶持强度、加速培养人才四个方面提出了提升对策,以促进陕西省生鲜农产品冷链物流业快速发展,真正发挥出冷链物流对促进消费、改善社会民生的重要作用。This paper mainly discusses the development countermeasures of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shaanxi Province under the double circulation.Through the analysis of its development status,it points out the shortcomings of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures from four aspects:Optimizing the enterprise layout,strengthening the cultivation,enhancing the support intensity and accelerating the cultivation of talents,so as to promote the rapid development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shaanxi Province.The important role of cold chain logistics in promoting consumption and improving people's livelihood should be truly brought into play.
