摘　　要：小班研讨课是提升旅游管理专业本科教育质量的一条重要路径。以广州大学旅游管理专业小班研讨课“变革性旅游与社会福祉专题研讨”为例,从课程的规划、设计、实施三个方面展开探索,对课程提升学生的创新和批判思维、自主学习和科研能力、专业认同感的经验进行总结,并对学生的“听课”习惯强、研讨对抗性较弱、教师课堂研讨节奏把控仍有不足等问题进行反思和对策探讨,以期为推动旅游管理专业一流学科建设提供有益思考。Seminars are an important way to improve the quality of undergraduate education in the major of tourism management.Taking the"Seminar on Transformative Tourism and Social Well-being"for the tourism management major of Guangzhou University as an example,this article explores the course planning,design and implementation,and summarizes the course experience in improving students'innovation and critical thinking,independent learning and scientific research ability,and professional identity.The problems,such as students'strong habit of"listening to lectures",weakness in discussion,and the teacher’s insufficient control of classroom discussions,are analyzed and countermeasures are explored in order to provide useful ideas for promoting the construction of first-class disciplines in tourism management.
