摘 要:为了获得冰粒超高速撞击蜂窝夹芯结构后二次碎片云的轴向分布特性,运用AUTODYN软件进行超高速撞击数值模拟,分析弹丸直径和初速对二次碎片云速度、质量、动能的影响规律。结果表明:二次碎片云的轴向尺寸和径向尺寸与撞击初速和冰粒直径呈线性关系,基于量纲分析得到了碎片云长度和直径的经验计算公式;碎片云的速度随轴向位置近似线性增加,但冰粒直径对二次碎片云轴向速度分布的影响更显著;初速低于6 km/s时,大质量碎片分布在碎片云头部区域,初速高于6 km/s时,大质量碎片分布在碎片云中部位置,撞击初速恒定时,较大质量碎片分布在碎片云头部位置,且分布规律受冰粒直径的影响较小;碎片云动能与质量具有相似的轴向分布规律。In order to obtain the axial distribution characteristics of the secondary debris-cloud after the hypervelocity impact of the ice particles on the honeycomb core structure,the numerical simulations of the hypervelocity impact were carried out using AUTODYN software to analyze the influence of the projectile diameter and the initial velocity on the velocity,mass and kinetic energy of the secondary debris-cloud.The results show that the axial and radial dimensions of the secondary debris-cloud are linearly related to the initial velocity of impact and the diameter of ice particles,and the empirical equations for the length and diameter of the debris-cloud were obtained based on the dimensional analysis.The velocity of the debris-cloud increases approximately linearly with axial position,but the diameter of the ice particles has a more significant effect on the axial velocity distribution of the secondary debris-cloud.When the initial velocity is lower than 6 km/s,the large mass debris is distributed in the head region of the debris-cloud;when the initial velocity is higher than 6 km/s,the large mass debris is distributed in the middle of the debris-cloud.When the initial velocity of the impact is constant,the larger mass debris is distributed in the head position of the debris-cloud,and the distribution pattern is less affected by the diameter of the ice particles.The kinetic energy of the debris-cloud has a similar axial distribution pattern with the mass.
