摘　　要：华南地区人工林是我国木材生产和供应的重要基地,但存在幼龄林比重偏高、外来物种多、少数无性系造林、短周期连栽等问题,导致该区域人工林生产力和林地产出低,对台风等自然灾害的抵抗力弱,不能满足森林生态防护功能和建设现代林业的需求,难以实现经济、生态和社会效益的多赢目标。本文系统分析了华南地区人工林资源状况和经营现状,结合精准提升华南地区人工林质量、推动生态服务价值实现,打通绿水青山向金山银山的转换通道等需求,参照国内外人工林经营理念,提出加强人工林经营方案的科学编制、森林经营管理评价、混交树种互作等相关的基础理论研究、人工林经营管理制度建设等对策建议,为建立能够适应当地发展需求、具有华南地区特色的人工林可持续经营技术和管理体系提供指引。Planted forests in South China are necessary for producing and supplying timber in China.However,the plantations in this region have several problems,such as the high proportion of young forest,non-native species,monoculture of elite clones,and short-cycle continuous planting,which result in low productivity of plantation,low woodland output,and low resistance to natural disasters such as typhoons.Thus,it is urgent to improve the current management of planted forests to meet the requirements for forest ecological protection and modern forestry construction,realizing the multi-win goal of economic,ecological,and social benefits.This study systematically analyzed the current situation of plantations resource and management in South China.Combined with the need to improve the quality of planted forests,realize the economic value of ecosystem services,and translate clear waters and green mountains into mountains of gold and silver,we should develope high-efficiency management plans,forest management evaluation systems,and targeted policies based on the concepts of plantation management at home and abroad.It is also essential to explore the interactions between different tree species in mixed plantations.These policies could lead the way to sustainable management of planted forests that are adapted to local development needs and have regional features.
