摘　　要：美国国家地震减灾计划(NEHRP)是美国提升国家减灾能力建设,改进城市建筑物和生命线工程抗震安全性的国家协调计划。2021年12月21日,美国国会研究服务部(CRS)发布了“美国国家地震减灾计划简介”报告。报告梳理了美国国会自1997年实施美国国家地震减灾计划以来的发展脉络以及当下国会继续实施该计划面临的主要问题。本文介绍了该报告的主要内容,为及时了解美国地震减灾工作提供了政策参考,对地震行业和相关减灾领域的研究具有重要的参考价值。The National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program(NEHRP)is a national program to improve the seismic safety of urban buildings and lifeline projects.The Congressional Research Service(CRS)released a report entitled“The National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program(NEHRP):Issues in brief”on December 21,2021.The report reviews the development of the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program(NEHRP)since it was implemented by the U.S.Congress in 1997,and the main problems that Congress faces in continuing it.This paper introduces the main contents of the report,provides policy reference for timely understanding of earthquake disaster reduction in the United States,and has important reference value for earthquake industry and related disaster reduction research.
