摘　　要：医师职业精神概念自形成之日起,其内涵和要求随着时代发展在不断地进行扩充。近年来数字信息技术日新月异,互联网医疗已成为发展最快的新技术应用进入人们的日常生活,一些医务人员在互联网平台所表现出来的职业素养不适应性给传统的医师职业精神带来了冲击和挑战,医师数字职业精神成了互联网时代国内外医学教育领域研究的新课题。以中国医科大学附属盛京医院超声学科教研室思政教学改革实践为例,对互联网医疗背景下医师数字职业精神的内涵和现状进行了研究探讨,并运用“五融五有”工作法,将理论、实践课程与隐性课程有机融合,探索具有时代特征和医学特色的思政教育新模式,培养医学生塑造良好的数字职业精神,以期为新时期医学高校课程思政改革创新提供新的思路。Since the formation of the concept of physician professionalism,its connotation and requirements have been constantly expanded with the development of the times.In recent years,with the rapid development of digital information technology,internet medicine has become the fastest-growing new technology application and has entered people's daily life.The inadaptability of professional quality shown by some medical personnel on the internet platform has brought impact and challenges to the traditional professional spirit of doctors.E-professional spirit of doctors has become a new topic in the field of medical education at home and abroad in the Internet era.Taking the practice of Ideological and political education reform in the teaching and research department of ultrasound in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University as an example,this paper studies and discusses the connotation and current situation of doctors'digital professionalism in the context of Internet medicine,and uses the five melts and five haves working method to organically integrate theoretical and practical courses with hidden courses,explore a new mode of Ideological and political education with era characteristics and medical characteristics,and cultivate medical students to shape a good e-professionalism.In order to provide new ideas for the ideological and political reform and innovation of medical college curriculum in the new era.
