摘  要:目的通过对在校医学生医学科普参与现状进行调查,探索影响医学生参与科普实践的相关因素,为促进医学生科普参与及科普能力培养提供理论参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对广东省内6所医学院校3429名在校医学相关专业学生进行调查分析。结果既往有健康科普经历的医学生占比62.03%。不同性别、专业、年级、学历、学校、科普重要性认知、科普参与意愿、科普自我评价的医学生科普参与差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示,性别、专业、年级、学历、科普重要性认知及科普自我评价是在校医学生科普参与的影响因素。结论本次调查的在校医学生科普参与度较高,但参与形式、知识来源渠道单一,科普内容、场所、受众相对局限。提升医学生科普意愿,拓展参与渠道,增设科普理论与实践课程有利于促进医学生科普参与及提升科普实践能力。Objective To investigate the current situation of medical science popularization participation among medical students,explore the relevant factors affecting medical students'participation,and provide references for promoting medical students'participation and ability in science popularization.Methods Stratified Random Sampling Method was used to survey 3429 students in 6 medical schools in Guangdong Province.Results The percentage of medical students with previous experience in health popularization was 62.03%.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the participation of medical students in science popularization by gender,major,grade,education,school,cognition,willingness,and self-evaluation.Multi-factor regression analysis showed that gender,major,grade,education,cognition,and self-evaluation were the influential factors of science popularization participation.Conclusion The medical students in this survey have a high degree of science popularization participation,but the form of participation and knowledge sources are single,and the content,place,and audience of science popularization are relatively limited.Enhancing medical students'willingness to participate in science popularization,expanding the channels of participation,and increasing the corresponding theoretical and practical courses are conducive to promoting medical students'participation and practical ability in science popularization.
