中西医结合视域下的中医理论创新探讨

摘　　要：中西医结合研究历经半个多世纪的发展,其对中医学术发展的价值至今争议不断,特别是一些持有中医特色发展论的学者,对中西医结合研究的价值多持否定态度。但从当代中医理论创新的角度,分析中西医结合研究的价值,可以发现中西医结合研究贯穿于中医理论创新的全过程,涉及新事实的获取、提出假说和假说的验证而形成新理论的各个环节,可以说中西医结合研究为中医理论的创新发展提供了有力支撑,并且是以后中医学术创新发展的主要途径。中西医结合研究之所以能够促进中医理论的创新,是因为中西医学源于实践经验的理论之间具有可通约性。Having been studied for more than half a century,the value of integrative medicine in the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is still controversial.In particular,some scholars who support characteristic development theory of TCM hold a negative attitude.However,analyzing the value of integrative medicine from the perspective of contemporary TCM theoretical innovation,researchers notice that integrative medicine runs through the whole process of TCM theory innovation.This process involves the acquisition of new facts,the proposal and verification of hypotheses,and thus the formation of new theories.Integrative medicine has provided a strong support for the innovative development of TCM theory,and is the main route for future development of TCM innovation.The universality between theories of Chinese medicine and Western medicine enables the innovation.
