摘  要:[目的]明确云南野桑蚕资源的进化地位,为云南野桑蚕资源的利用与有效保护提供遗传背景资料和理论依据。[方法]对云南野桑蚕的mtDNA进行测序,并与已报道的鳞翅目昆虫mtDNA进行系统发育分析。[结果]云南野桑蚕mtDNA长度为15688 bp,包含37个基因和1个A+T丰富区,基因重叠区域共7处,基因间隔区域共21处,基因片段存在不同程度的插入和缺失。基因组拥有鳞翅目昆虫典型mtDNA的基因组成和顺序,A+T含量高达81.40%;基因组AT偏度为正值。系统发育分析发现:云南野桑蚕同家蚕和中国野桑蚕的亲缘关系较近。[结论]云南野桑蚕起源于中国北方野桑蚕。[Purpose]To clarify the evolutional status of Bombyx mandarina resources in Yunnan,providing genetic background information and theoretical basis for the utilization and effective protection of Yunnan B.mandarina resources.[Methods]The mtDNA of B.mandarina in Yunnan was sequenced,and the phylogenetic analysis was carried out with the reported mtDNA of Lepidoptera insects.[Results]The mtDNA of B.mandarina in Yunnan was 15688 bp in length,including 33 genes and one A+T rich region,seven gene overlapping regions and 21 gene spacer regions,with various degrees of insertion and deletion existing in different gene fragments.It had the typical gene organization and order of mitogenomes from Lepidopteran insects,and the content of A+T was 81.40%.The AT skew was positive in this mitogenome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that Yunnan B.mandarina had been more closely related to B.mori and Chinese B.mandarina.[Conclusion]Yunnan B.mandarina originates from B.mandarina in northern China.
