摘 要:异丙隆是我国应用最为广泛、施药量最大的麦田除草剂之一,对防除多种禾本科杂草和阔叶类杂草有显著效果;甲基二磺隆是目前有效防除节节麦、雀麦、菵草等恶性杂草的除草剂,但两者在敏感小麦品种上应用会产生药害,特别是低温药害。种植耐除草剂的小麦品种是减轻药害的可行途径。以50%异丙隆可湿性粉剂和30 g/L甲基二磺隆可分散油悬浮剂为供试药剂,对江苏省85个小麦品种(系)进行耐药性测定。首先以4个小麦品种通过系列剂量测定其耐药性,确定50%异丙隆可湿性粉剂36000 g/hm^(2)(推荐剂量的12倍)和30 g/L甲基二磺隆可分散油悬浮剂6300 mL/hm^(2)(推荐剂量的14倍)为整株生测法的批量筛选剂量。在此剂量下测试江苏省85个主要种植小麦品种(系)对这2种除草剂的耐药性差异。结果表明:筛选出的对异丙隆高度耐药性(耐药级别之和12~15)、中度耐药性(耐药级别之和10~11)品种(系)分别为7、8个;对甲基二磺隆高度耐药性(耐药级别之和12~14)、中度耐药性(耐药级别之和11)品种(系)分别为11、8个。其中对异丙隆和甲基二磺隆均具有较强耐药性的有明麦133、徐麦33和宁麦28。Isoproturon which could control many grasses and broad-leaved weeds effectively is one of the most widely used herbicides in wheat fields in China.Mesosulfuron-methyl is an effective herbicide to control malignant weeds such as Aegilops tauschii,Bromus japonicus,Beckmannia syzigachne etc.at present.However,both of them may cause phytotoxicity in sensitive wheat varieties,especially at low temperature.Planting herbicide-resistant wheat varieties is an effective way to mitigate their phytotoxicity.In this paper,Isoproturon 50%WP and Mesosulfuron-methyl 30 g/L OD were selected as herbicide,85 wheat varieties(lines)in Jiangsu Province were tested herbicide resistance by whole plant bioassay method.Firstly,four wheat varieties were used to test their resistance under a series of herbicide dosages,and 36000 g/hm^(2)(12 times of the recommended dose)of isoproturon 50%WP and 6300 mL/hm^(2)(14 times of the recommended dose)of mesosulfuron-methyl 30 g/L OD were determined as the screening dose for 85 varieties(lines)under the whole-plant bioassay method.The differences on resistance of these varieties(lines)to the two herbicides were tested at the above dose.The results showed that 7 and 8 varieties(lines)were displayed high(the sum of isoproturon-resistant degree was 12~15)and moderate(the sum of isoproturon-resistant degree was 10~11)isoproturon-resistance,respectively.And 11 and 8 varieties(lines)displayed high(the sum of metsulfuron-methyl-resistant degree was 12~14)and moderate(the sum of metsulfuron-methyl-resistant degree was 11)metsulfuron-methyl-resistance,respectively.The varieties of Minmai 133,Xumai 33 and Ningmai 28 demonstrated high resistance to both of iprodione and metsulfuron.
