摘 要:小麦品种对除草剂的不同耐受性是导致药害发生的原因之一。采用室内种子和整株测定法与田间试验,测定了淮麦44对3种ALS抑制剂类除草剂甲基二磺隆、啶磺草胺、氟唑磺隆的耐受性。结果表明,淮麦44对3种ALS抑制剂类除草剂的耐受性随着作物的生育期不同而不同。随着作物生长,淮麦44对甲基二磺隆的耐受性在越冬期显著增强,在早春分蘖期显著下降。对啶磺草胺、氟唑磺隆的耐受性随着小麦的生长而显著增强,其中对氟唑磺隆的耐受性增加最明显。在淮麦44种植区域,使用ALS抑制剂类除草剂来防除麦田杂草,可以在小麦生长的早期到越冬期施用甲基二磺隆和啶磺草胺,禁用氟唑磺隆;在淮麦44早春分蘖期,可使用啶磺草胺、氟唑磺隆除草,减少甲基二磺隆的使用。The different tolerance of wheat varieties to herbicides is one of the reasons for phytotoxicity.This study used the determinate methods of indoor seed and whole plant and field trials to investigate the tolerance of Huaimai 44 to three ALS inhibitor herbicides,mesosulfuron-methyl,sulfentrazone-ethyl and flucarbazone-na.The results showed that the tolerance of Huaimai 44 to three ALS inhibitor herbicides varied with the growth period of crops.The tolerance of Huaimai 44 to mesosulfuron-methyl gradually increased in the overwintering period and decreased significantly in the early spring tillering period.The tolerance to pyroxsulam and flucarbazone-na increased significantly with the growth of wheat,and that to flucarbazone-na increased most significantly.In Huaimai 44 planting area using ALS inhibitor herbicides to control weeds,mesosulfuron-methyl and pyroxsulam could be applied from the early growth of wheat to the overwintering period,while the flucarbazone-na is prohibited in this period.In the early spring tillering stage of Huaimai 44,pyroxsulam and flucarbazone-na could be used to weed while mesosulfuron-methyl would be reduced to apply.
