摘  要:以轻烃分离液化气、混合C_(5)、宽6#溶剂油、120#溶剂油和重组分产品为目标,对油田轻烃分离工艺进行设计,确定利用分壁塔四组分分离的两塔流程为最适合于油田轻烃生产高附加值产品的工艺流程。通过对产品分离塔液相分配比、气相分配比、回流比和进料温度等操作参数进行优化研究,考察了操作参数对分离过程能量消耗和产品质量的影响,确定了工艺流程控制方案,并进行了经济效益分析。与稳定轻烃直接外售相比,采用轻烃生产高附加值产品技术方案,年收入增加1944.85×10^(4)元。Aiming at the separation of light hydrocarbons to liquefied gas,mixed C_(5),wide 6#solvent oil,120# solvent oil and residue products,the separation process of light hydrocarbons in oil fields was designed,and the two-tower process with four-fraction separation in dividing-wall column was determined to be the most suitable process for production of high value-added products from light hydrocarbons in oil fields.By optimizing the operation parameters of the product separation tower,such as liquid phase distribution ratio,gas phase distribution ratio,reflux ratio and feed temperature,the effects of these parameters on energy consumption and product quality of the separation process were investigated,the process control scheme was determined,and also the economic benefit was analyzed.Compared with the direct sale of stable light hydrocarbons,the annual income by adopting the technical scheme of producing high value-added products from light hydrocarbons increases by 1 944.85×10^(4) CNY.
