摘 要:沸石的物相结构、组成以及晶体形貌和尺寸是影响沸石催化和吸附性能的重要因素。改变沸石的晶体形貌和尺寸会影响分子在沸石孔道内的吸附、扩散和催化行为,可使沸石应用更广泛。乙醇被认为可以有效调控沸石生长以及晶体形貌和尺寸,但乙醇的引入会使沸石合成过程变得更为复杂。探究了乙醇在沸石合成过程中的作用,综述了乙醇对沸石的结晶速率、结晶机理、形貌、物相的影响,并对利用乙醇合成沸石的未来发展方向进行了展望。The structure,composition,morphology and size of zeolite crystal are important factors affecting the catalytic and adsorption properties of zeolite.Changing the morphology and size of zeolite crystal will affect the adsorption,diffusion and catalytic behavior of molecules in the pores of zeolite,resulting in wide application of zeolite.Ethanol is considered to be able to effectively control the growth of zeolite and the morphology and size of crystal,but the introduction of ethanol will make the zeolite synthesis process more complicated.The role of ethanol in the zeolite synthesis process was explored,and the effect of ethanol on the crystallization rate,crystallization mechanism,morphology and phase of zeolite were reviewed.The future development direction of zeolite synthesis from ethanol was prospected.
