摘  要:有机发光二极管(OLED)已从实验室转向大规模生产,它可用于电子产品的屏幕显示,且在自发光、低能耗、快速响应、超薄柔性显示等方面具有独特的优势。依据热活化延迟荧光(TADF)机制的材料可通过反向系统间跳跃过程完全利用单重态激子和三重态激子,使得内量子效率达到100%。介绍了OLED的结构及工作原理,分析了有机荧光材料的发光机理,综述了TADF给体材料的种类、应用及分子设计,并展望了未来发展。Organic light-emitting diode(OLED)have successfully moved from laboratory preparation to mass production.They are used in the screen display of electronic products and have unique advantages such as self-illumination,low energy consumption,fast response,ultra-thin and flexible display.Materials based on the thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)mechanism can fully utilize the singlet and triplet excitons through reverse intersystem crossing process to achieve 100%of internal quantum efficiency.The structure and working principle of OLED was introduce,the luminescence mechanism of organic fluorescent materials was analyzed,the types,applications and molecular design of TADF donor materials were reviewed,and the future development was prospected.
