摘 要:钒磷氧复合氧化物(VPO)在正丁烷选择性氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐中具有较高的催化性能,但VPO催化剂是一个结构十分复杂的催化体系,不同的相态在正丁烷催化反应中的活性不同,而Raman光谱在研究VPO催化剂的晶体结构中发挥了重要的作用。从VPO催化剂的制备、活化、改性及反应过程等几个方面,介绍了Raman光谱在表征VPO催化剂多种晶相结构中的应用进展。Raman光谱在VPO催化剂表征方面具有独特的优势,为催化剂的多晶相组成分析提供了更高的灵敏度。Vanadium-phosphorus oxide(VPO)composite oxide has high catalytic performance in the selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride.VPO catalyst is a very complex catalytic system and different phase states of it have different activities in the catalytic reaction of n-butane.Raman spectroscopy plays an important role in studying the crystal structure of VPO catalysts.The application progress of Raman spectroscopy in characterizing various crystal structures of VPO catalytic system is introduced from the aspects of preparation,activation,modification and reaction process of VPO catalyst.Raman spectroscopy has unique advantages in the characterization of VPO catalysts,providing a higher sensitivity for the analysis of the polycrystalline phase composition of catalysts.
