摘  要:全球范围内的高等教育正进行着由功能范式到个体人文范式的转变,对人的存在意义与作用进行深入思考是现代教育发展的重要趋势。现代高等教育的人文发展趋向受到了俄罗斯学者的广泛关注与深入研究,其代表学者叶尔卡诺娃(Т.М.Елканова)提出俄罗斯高等教育的人文发展模式,构建了学生能力培养、价值塑造和人文教育环境开发三个层级相互贯通的高等教育人文发展概念模型,强调学生多样能力的发展与培养,关注学生的个体内部动力与价值形成,要求在教育过程中全面开发具体教学科目的人文潜力。这与我国新文科建设中强调培养复合型人才、培养学生解决实际问题的能力、在教育过程中导入人文思想与思政内容的理念不谋而合,其理念与模型可为国内高等文科教育的发展提供有益借鉴。Higher education around the world is transforming from a functional paradigm to an individual humanistic paradigm.It is a significant trend for modern education to think deeply about the meaning and role of human beings.The humanistic trend of modern higher education has been observed and studied intensively by Russian scholars.Yerkanova(T.M.Елканова),the representative of them,proposed the humanistic development model of Russian higher education,and built a conceptual model of humanistic development of higher education that integrates students' ability training,value shaping and development of humanistic education environment.It emphasizes the training and improvement of students' diverse abilities,pays attention to the students' endogenous motivation and value formation,and requires to fully tap the humanistic potential of specific subjects in education.These propositions coincide with the philosophy of Chinese new humanities and social sciences that emphasizes cultivating interdisciplinary talent,developing student's ability to solve practical problems,and integrating humanistic thoughts and ideological and political contents into the major course education.In this sense,the Russian concept and model of humanistic development in higher education can provide a valuable reference for the development of China's higher liberal arts education.
