基于15年历时数据的四川省某地方高校毕业生纵向流向分析

摘　　要：文章以县级区划为标准对生源地、就学地和就业地进行四分类纵向划分,并以四川省成都市市辖区某地方高校为例,以历时15年的毕业生就业信息数据展开统计分析发现,通过高等教育实现的就业大多遵循向上流动或至少平行流动的逻辑,学生就学流向与就业流向共同影响着终极流向。从纵向流向结果分析,就学地就业和生源地就业是两种主要就业方式,来自四川省的生源比例和在四川省就业的就业比例在整体中都占绝对多数;但在四川省内部,就学时以成都市辖区为中心由内而外地圈层式递增,以向上流动为主,而就业时则以成都市辖区为中心由内而外地圈层式递减,以平行流动为主;最终,大部分学生通过就学和就业的综合作用实现向上流动或至少平行流动。The paper takes the county-level division as the standard for the vertical division of students'place of origin,place of study and place of employment,and takes a local university in Chengdu Municipal District as an example,and conducts statistical analysis based on the employment information data of graduates that has lasted for 15 years,and finds that most of the employment achieved upward flow or at least parallel flow through higher education,and the flow direction of schooling and employment jointly affected the ultimate flow direction of students.From the analysis of the longitudinal flow results,employment in the place of study and employment in the place of origin of students are the two main employment methods,and the proportion of students from Sichuan Province and the proportion of employment in Sichuan Province account for the absolute majority of the whole;However,within Sichuan Province,there is a circular layout with Chengdu Municipal District as the center with increasing trend from inside to outside in school stage,mainly upward mobility,while there is a circular layout with Chengdu Municipal District as the center with decreasing trend from inside to outside in employment stage,mainly parallel mobility;Ultimately,most students move upwards,or at least in parallel,through a combination of schooling and employment.
