摘  要:以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,6-己二酸(AA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,合成了聚石油基全生物降解改性塑料PBAT,通过PBAT合成的反应机理过程分析和制备工艺进行剖析,选取出分酯化反应和热熔融缩聚酯交换工艺流程,重点考察了分酯化工序中的酯化温度、酯化时间,缩聚工序过程中的缩聚温度,PBAT切粒干燥工艺的温度等控制要点;确定了制备出最优良的PBAT树脂的几个具体制备工艺条件:分酯化方式,AA/BDO分酯化温度140~180℃,分酯化总需时间约135 min;PTA/BDO分酯化温度194~220℃,分酯化时间约150 min;第二级串联酯化温度194~220℃,串联酯化时间约25~30 min;缩聚温度245~248℃,缩聚时间100 min[1]。Using refined terephthalic acid(PTA),1,6-adipic acid(AA)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the main raw materials,the polypetroleum based full biodegradable modified plastic PBAT was synthesized.The reaction mechanism and preparation process of PBAT synthesis were analyzed,and the separation esterification reaction and thermal melting polyester exchange process were selected.The control points such as esterification temperature,esterification time,polycondensation temperature and the temperature of PBAT granulation and drying process were investigated.Several specific conditions for the preparation of the best PBAT resin were determined as follows:separation esterification method,AA/BDO separation esterification temperature 140~180℃,the total time of separation esterification about 135 min;PTA/BDO separation esterification temperature 194~220℃,separation esterification time about 150 min;The temperature of the second stage series esterification 194~220℃,and the time of series esterification about 25~30min;Polycondensation temperature 245~248℃,polycondensation time 100 min.
