乙苯装置地下污油罐D607改造及抽出泵P603负压吸水罐外形设计

摘  要:因苯及芳烃类介质的高毒性,乙苯装置设计有一套地下污油回收系统,将涉及苯及芳烃类介质的机泵、换热器等低点位置退料至地下污油总线,并最终自压进入地下污油罐D607。再利用自吸机式离心泵P603将地下罐内污油输送至罐区。因隔膜自吸机内部隔膜易被苯介质腐蚀导致漏气和介质温度经常超设计温度等原因,机泵在启泵时经常出现抽空和不上量的情况。2021年将自吸机改造为负压吸水罐,对地下污油罐D607进行了相应改造。介绍了改造方案、投用操作和效果验证,并对负压吸水罐容积外形进行了核算。Because of the high toxicity of benzene and aromatic medium,an underground sewage oil recovery system has been designed in ethylbenzene device.The discharge line was set at the low point of pumps,heat exchangers and other equipments involving benzene and aromatics media,each discharge line branch was joined to the underground oil bus,and went into the underground sewage tank D607 finally.Then the sewage oil in the underground tank was transported to the tank farm by using the self-priming centrifugal pump P603.Because the internal diaphragm of the diaphragm self-priming machine was easy to be corroded by benzene medium,resulting in air leakage and the medium temperature exceeding the design temperature,abnormal conditions often occurred when the pump P603 was started.The self-priming machine was transformed into a negative pressure suction tank,and the underground sewage oil tank D607 was modified accordingly in 2021.In this paper,the modification scheme,operation and effect verification were introduced,and the shape volume of the negative pressure suction tank was calculated.
