摘  要:为得到能够对尿酸具有转化作用的优良菌株,以养鸡场新鲜粪便为材料,通过初筛和复筛获得了具有较强分解特性的菌株10株.通过形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析鉴定后确定有4株菌株,依次为普罗维登斯菌、粪产碱菌、亚麻假单胞菌及绿针假单胞菌.其中粪产碱菌出现的丰度较强,且具有较好的分解能力.To select an excellent uric acid transformation bacterial strain,fresh feces from chicken farms were used as materials,and 10 strains with strong decomposition characteristics were obtained by primary screening and secondary screening.By means of morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,4 strains were identified such as Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp.aurantiaca,Alcaligenes faecalis,Providencia burhodogranariea and Pseudomonas lini.Among them,the fecal alkali-producing bacteria have strong abundance and good decomposition ability.
