摘 要:为了开发克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)的饲料资源,该研究选用配方饲料、黄豆、马铃薯、大米、小麦为克氏原螯虾的饲料源。以600尾克氏原螯虾为研究对象,随机分成5组,即对照组、饲料A组、饲料B组、饲料C组、饲料D组。每组安排3个重复,每个重复40尾克氏原螯虾。对照组投喂基础配合饲料,饲料A组、饲料B组、饲料C组、饲料D组分别投喂添加黄豆、马铃薯、大米和小麦的配合饲料。整个饲养试验为期49d。结果发现,对照组配合饲料组克氏原螯虾的存活率和含肉率最高,分别为95%和19.01%;其次为饲料A组,分别为93.33%和18.99%,两组相近。末期体重和特定生长率以对照组和饲料A组最高,显著高于其他饲料试验组(P<0.05);饲料D组的末期体重和特定生长率最低。综上所述,饲料A组用添加黄豆投喂对克氏原螯虾的生长和存活率影响最小,与配方饲料组相当,可以优先考虑用于天然的饲料资源投喂克氏原螯虾。In order to develop feed resources for crayfish(Procambarus clarkii),this study selected formulated feed,soybean,potato,rice and wheat as the feed sources for crayfish.The study was carried out with 600 crayfish,which were randomly divided into five groups:control group,feed group A,feed group B,feed group C and feed group D.Three replicates were arranged for each group,with 40 crayfish in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic compound feed,while the feed groups A,B,C and D were fed a compound feed with soybean,potato,rice and wheat respectively.The survival rate and meat content of the control group were the highest,at 95%and 19.01%respectively,followed by the feed A group,at 93.33%and 18.99%respectively,which were similar to each other.End weight and specific growth rate were highest in the control and feed A groups,which were significantly higher than the other feed test groups(P<0.05);end weight and specific growth rate were lowest in feed D group.In conclusion,feed group A with added soybeans had the least effect on the growth and survival of crayfish and was comparable to the formulated feed group,which could be preferred for feeding crayfish as a natural feed source.
