机舱综合网关控制器的设计与实现

摘  要:针对机舱中各设备采用的组网方式不同、信息共享度低、各设备间配合性差等缺点,设计一种支持RS-485串行通信网络、CAN总线网、Ethernet网任意两种网络互连的综合网关控制器。基于STM32F767IGT6微处理器设计了包括三种通信接口的方案,并基于μC/OS-Ⅲ嵌入式操作系统编写了各通信接口驱动程序和多协议转换应用程序。实验结果表明,该综合网关控制器实现了三种通信协议转换,通信质量稳定可靠,协议转换速率为75 KB/s。For the shortcomings of different networking methods adopted,the low degree of information sharing and the poor cooperation between the equipment in the engine room,an integrated gateway controller supporting any two kinds of network interconnection of RS-485 serial network,CAN bus,and Ethernet is designed.Based on the STM32F767IGT6 microprocessor,a scheme including three communication interfaces were designed,and each communication interface driver and multi-protocol conversion program were written based on theμC/OS-III embedded operating system.The test results show that the integrated gateway controller implements three communication protocol conversion,the communication quality is stable and reliable,and the protocol conversion rate is 70 KB/s.
