摘　　要：为了探索不同质量档次配方模块在各级风选单元分离片烟的化学成分变化趋势,以2021年东南烟区初烤烟叶经工业分级后产生的不同质量档次配方模块为研究对象,分别对各级风选单元分离的不同尺寸片烟的化学成分进行了系统分析并进行模块间比较,采用烤烟化学成分可用性指数CCUI对不同尺寸片烟进行评价。结果表明:①风选除杂单元产出片烟的化学成分协调性显著低于叶梗分离工序中产出的片烟。②在叶梗分离工序产出的不同尺寸片烟中,碎片的化学成分协调性低于大、中、小片,随着打叶级数的增加,碎片还原糖含量、糖碱比与其他尺寸片烟的差异逐渐减小。③质量档次较低的配方模块通过筛除碎片的方式进行品质提升的潜力更大。④质量档次较低的配方模块在二、三级打叶单元产出的大、中片具备较好的配方可用性。Blending modules of different leaf quality categories from southwest China tobacco growing regions in 2021 crop year were taken as the research samples to investigate the variations in chemical compositions of tobacco strips after industrial grading and separated by different pneumatic units.The chemical compositions of different leaf strip sizes were analyzed separately and systematically,and the results were compared between the blended modules.The Chemical Composition Usability Index(CCUI)of flue-cured tobacco was used to evaluate tobacco strips of different sizes.The results showed that:1)The harmony in chemical composition of the tobacco strips thus separated and sorted was significantly lower than that of the strips separated by threshing procedures.2)Among the different sized tobacco strips separated by threshing procedures,the chemical composition harmony of tobacco scraps was lower than that of large,medium,and small sized strips.With the increase of threshing procedures,the differences in reducing sugar content and sugar/nicotine ratio between tobacco scraps and different sized tobacco strips gradually decreased.3)The blending modules with lower quality categories had greater potential to improve their quality by screening out tobacco scraps.4)The large and medium strips separated by the second and third stage threshing units had better blending usability.
