摘　　要：为了更准确地计算背压抽汽回热小汽轮机(back pressure extraction steam turbine,BEST)双机回热系统的标准煤耗率,文章总结了现有标准中对发电煤耗率和供电煤耗率指标的两种计算方法。通过比较分析和算例计算,证明在BEST双机回热系统中根据机组发电热效率计算供电煤耗率会使结果偏小,而根据机组标准煤量计算可以得到正确的供电煤耗率数值。明确了在计算BEST双机回热系统的供电煤耗率时,应采用供电煤耗率的基本定义,即机组的标准煤量为依据。In order to calculate the standard coal consumption rate of BEST(back pressure extraction steam turbine)double-turbine regeneration system,the paper summarizes two calculation methods for the generation coal consumption rate and supply coal consumption rate index in the existing standards.Through comparative analysis and calculation examples,it is demonstrated that the calculation of the power supply coal consumption rate based on the thermal efficiency of the generation unit in the BEST double-turbine regeneration system will lead to a small result,while the calculation of the power supply coal consumption rate based on the standard coal quantity of the unit will lead to the correct value of the power supply coal consumption rate.It is clarified that the basic definition of supply coal consumption rate,i.e.the standard coal quantity of the unit,shall be used in calculating the supply coal consumption rate of the BEST double-turbine regeneration system.
