摘  要:在山东沂蒙抽水蓄能电站上水库大坝建设的坝面碾压环节,研究、建立和应用大坝碾压质量监控系统。该监控系统建立碾压质量的动态控制和预警机制,为堆石坝填筑施工与管理提供信息反馈和支撑平台,从而不仅实现对施工工艺的及时调整与优化,使上水库大坝建设质量始终处于受控状态,而且能够对大坝填筑碾压施工信息高效集成、动态监控施工质量及更加全面地保障施工安全。大坝碾压质量监控系统的应用与功能改进使得大坝填筑碾压施工进度可视、可知、可控、可调,实现工程建设创新管理。For the rolling process of dam surface in the upper reservoir dam construction of Yimeng pumped storage power station in Shandong province,the dam rolling quality monitoring system has been researched,established and adopted.The monitoring system establishes dynamic control and early warning mechanism of rolling quality,provides information feedback and support platform for filling construction and management of rockfill dam,so as to realize timely adjustment and optimization of construction technology,and make the construction quality of upper reservoir dam always under control.Moreover,it can integrate dam filling and rolling construction information efficiently,monitor construction quality dynamically and guarantee construction safety more comprehensively.The application and functional improvement of dam rolling quality monitoring system make the construction progress of dam filling and rolling visible,knowable,controllable and adjustable,and realize the innovative management of project construction.
