摘 要:电机起动过程中转子位置检测对于电机可靠运行起着重要作用,因此需在电机运行前检测转子位置,以确保电机顺利起动。为此提出一种在电机零速状态下,基于电压高频信号注入法检测电机转子初始位置方法。先通过坐标变换法得到三相电流表达式,确定转子位置范围,进而用线性近似法得到转子位置信息;再通过电机磁路饱和效应明确转子极性,确定转子准确位置;最后通过仿真实验,验证该方法可准确检测转子位置信息,并具有结构简单、误差小的优势。Rotor position detection plays an important role in the reliable operation of the motor during starting,so it is necessary to detect the rotor position before the motor is running to ensure that the motor starts smoothly.A method for.detecting the initial position of the motor rotor based on the voltage and high frequency signal injection method is proposed in the state of zero speed of the motor.Firstly,the three phase current expression is obtained by the coordinate transformation method,the rotor position range is determined.Secondly,the rotor position information is obtained by linear ap-proximation method.Thirdly,the rotor polarity is determined by the saturation effect of the motor magnetic circuit,and.the accurate position of the rotor is determined.Finally,through the simulation experiment,it is verified that the method can accurately detect the rotor position information,and has the advantages of simple structure and small error.
