摘 要:电网施工地理位置复杂、跨越距离远、周期长等,涉及土建、电气、通信等不同领域,受外界环境、市场及人为等因素影响,造价变化频繁。为有效管理电网工程造价数据,提出基于区块链的造价数据管理方式。区块链的公开透明、不可篡改特点可实现造价数据的安全、真实、可靠管理,去中心化特点可实现造价数据灵活高效、共享使用管理,追溯特点可随时发现造价数据中存在的问题并及时处理。给出造价数据管理平台的节点组成、区块数据组成及施工过程中数据的交互性,设计了区块链数据平台架构。基于智能合约,实现造价数据全寿命周期的高效灵活管理方式,加密技术提高数据真实可靠性,不同数据分类存储方式提高共享使用灵活性,追溯方式提高数据质量。根据典型电网工程造价数据应用,验证所提区块链数据管理方式的有效性,节省了工程造价管理成本,加快了工程进度,提高了整个电网工程的经济性。Power grid construction has complex geographical location,long span distance and long cycle,involving differ-ent fields such as civil engineering,electrical and communication.Due to the inf luence of external environment,market and human factors,the cost changes frequently.In order to effectively manage the cost data of power grid engineering,a cost data management met hod based on blockchain is proposed.The open,transparent and non-tamperable characteristics of blockchain can realize the safe,true and reliable management of cost data.The decentralization feature can realize flexi-ble,efficient and shared use management of cost data.The traceability feature can find the problems in the cost data at any time and deal with them in time.The node composition,block data composition and data interactivity during the con-struction process of the cost data management platform are given,and the blockchain data platform architecture is designed.Based on the smart contract,an efficient and flexible management method for the whole life cycle of the cost data is realized.The encryption technology improves the authenticity and reliability of the data.Different data classification storage me thods improve the flexibility of sharing and use,and the traceability method improves the data quality.According to the application of typical power grid engineering cost data,the efctiveness of the proposed blockchain data management method is verified,which saves the cost of engineering cost management,accelerates the project progress,and improves the economy of the entire power grid project.
