摘　　要：高压断路器是电力系统在输变电过程中的重要设备之一,主要起控制和保护作用,一旦发生故障就将严重影响电网安全。在目前国内外断路器监测研究状况的基础上,研制了一套可同时测量三相机械特性的装置。分析了断路器监测系统的功能和技术要求,设计了高压断路器测试仪系统的硬件电路和软件程序,并列举了相应的测试试验,用VA300软件绘制了动作的特性曲线,计算了相关参数,说明该测试仪能正常工作,性能达到预期目标。The high-voltage circuit breaker is one of the most important equipment in power transmission and distribution of the electrical system,which primarily played the dual role of control and protect electrical power apparatus.Once it.fails,it will seriously affect the grid security.On the basis of the current research status of circuit breaker monitoring at home and abroad,a set of devices that can measure three phase mechanical properties at the same time is developed.The functions and technical requirements of the circuit breaker monitoring system are analyzed,the hardware circuit and soft-ware program of the high voltage circuit breaker tester system are designed,and the corresponding test tests are listed.VA300 software is used to draw the characteristic curve of the action and calculate the relevant parameters,indicating that the tester could work normally and the performance reached the expected target.
