摘　　要：电力系统安全稳定控制系统站间通信的健康状况影响整个系统的安全稳定运行,为此研制了一种稳控系统站间通信报文分析装置。介绍了该装置的基本框架和各模块的功能,并研究了装置通信配置方案、报文流量控制和报文分析机制等关键技术。实际工程应用表明,该装置能对稳控系统站间通信报文进行有效的监视、记录和分析,及时发现通信网络的薄弱环节和异常情况,减少运行维护的难度,保证稳控系统可靠运行。The health status of inter station communication in power system security and stability control system affects the safe and stable operation of the whole system.The basic framework of the device and the functions of each module are introduced,and the key technologies such as the communication configuration scheme,message flow control and message analysis mechanism of the device are studied.The actual engineering application shows that the device can effectively monitor,record and analyse the communication messages between stations of the stability control system,timely discover the weak links and abnormal situations of the communication network,reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance,and ensure the reliable operation of the stability control system.
