摘  要:乌东德工程首检结束后,大量直流光学电流互感器出现故障。经过排查,故障均是由互感器光纤绝缘子内部的光纤通道损坏导致的;通过对故障测量装置的光纤绝缘子进行解剖,发现在其高、低压端金属法兰内部发生了不同程度的放电。通过仿真建模对光纤绝缘子电场分布进行研究,明确了光纤绝缘子内部放电机理,即在运行工况下光纤绝缘子金属法兰出口处电场较周围更大且该界面为多种材料的复合界面,较易产生空间电荷的堆积,一旦产生小的局放就会使环氧管内壁与光纤外壁不断堆积电荷并使局部电场畸变,最终导致环氧管壁对光纤产生放电。After the first inspection of W udongde project,a large number of DC optical current transformers failed.After troubleshooting,it was found that the faults was caused by the damage of the optical fiber channel inside the optical fiber insulator of the transformer.By dissecting the optical fiber insulator of the fault measuring device,it is found that different degrees of discharge have occurred in the metal flanges at the high and low voltage ends.In this paper,the electric field distribution of optical fiber insulator is studied through simulation modeling.The internal discharge mechanism of optical fiber insulator is clarified,that is,under operating conditions,the electric field at the outlet of the metal flange of the optical fiber insulator is larger than that around it,and the interface is a composite interface of multiple materials,which is easy to generate space charge accumulation.Once a small partial discharge is generated,the inner wall of the epoxy tube and the outer wall of the optical fiber will continuously accumulate charges and distort the local electric field,which will eventually lead to the discharge of the epoxy tube wall to the optical fiber.
