摘 要:本文采用热回流提取法提取贯叶连翘中的活性成分,通过柱层析法分离纯化出9种化合物,首次从贯叶连翘植物中分离出二十六碳醇、金丝桃苷等化合物,以主要活性成分金丝桃素、槲皮苷和槲皮素为研究对象进行了抗自由基活性研究,结果发现三种物质对超氧阴离子自由基(O^(2-)·)、DPPH自由基(DPPH·)和脂质过氧自由基(RO_(2)·)均具有清除作用,其中槲皮素清除3种自由基能力最强,槲皮苷次之,金丝桃素最弱,通过分析三者的构效关系解释其清除自由基能力差异的原因。In this paper,the active ingredients in perforatum were extracted by thermal reflux extraction method,and 9 compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and new compounds such as 2xadecanol and hypericin were isolated for the first time in perforatum,and the anti-free radical activity was studied with the main components hypericin,quercitrin and quercetin as the research objects,and it was found that the three substances had a scavenging effect on superoxide anion free radicals,DPPH radicals and lipid peroxy radicals,of which quercetin had the strongest ability to scavenge 3 free radicals,followed by quercitrin.Hypericin is the weakest,and the difference in its ability to scavenge free radicals is explained by analyzing the structure-activity relationship between the three.
