摘 要:目的:优选六子明目颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素实验和正交实验,以提取时间、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,以浸膏量、总黄酮、总多糖提取率为综合评价指标,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:根据单因素和正交实验结果,药材进行粉碎后,料液比1∶12、提取时间1 h、提取次数3次为最佳工艺。结论:该工艺稳定、重复性好、可行性高,适用于工业生产。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Liuzi Mingmu granules.Methods:Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the optimal extraction process.The extraction time,extraction times and solid-liquid ratio were taken as factors,and the extract quantity,total flavonoids and total polysaccharide extraction rate were taken as comprehensive evaluation indexes.Results:According to the results of single factor and orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1∶12,extraction time 1h and extraction times 3.Conclusion:The process is stable,repeatable and feasible,and is suitable for industrial production.
