摘  要:近年来,随着中国能源结构变化和环保排放标准越来越严格,天然气需求量逐年攀升,国内深层海相气藏勘探开发不断取得突破。该类超高压含硫气井开采风险非常高,川西北部地区多口深层海相气井井口压力均超过100 MPa,天然气中低含硫,气井在生产过程中,易出现超压、失压和火灾等极端情况。井口地面安全控制系统是保障地面工艺流程安全最快捷、最有效的手段,在信息化、数字化技术的支撑下,既能实现紧急情况人为快速关阀又能实现气井的远程或自动关断功能,为气田“中心井站+无人值守”模式推广奠定安全条件,支撑着油气田企业由劳动密集型向技术集约化转变,井口地面安全控制系统在应用中存在一些问题对气井安全生产造成不同程度的影响,从安全联锁可靠性、时效性等方面入手,整理、分析和解决应用中问题,能提升气井生产安全保障能力。In recent years,with the change of China's energy structure and stricter environmental emission standards,the demand for natural gas is increasing year by year,and breakthroughs have been made in the exploration and development of deep Marine gas reservoirs in China.This kind of ultra-high pressure sulfur gas Wells have a very high risk of exploitation.The wellhead pressure of many deep Marine gas Wells in the northern part of western Sichuan is more than 100 MPa,and the gas is low in sulfur content.The wellhead surface safety control system is the fastest and most effective means to ensure the safety of the surface process.With the support of information and digital technology,it can not only realize the rapid valve closing manually in emergencies,but also realize the remote or automatic shut-off function of gas Wells,laying the safety conditions for the promotion of“central well station+unattended”mode in gas fields.Supporting the oil and gas from the labor-intensive to technology intensive enterprises,wellhead safety control system ground there are some problems in the application of different degrees of influence on gas well production safety,from safety interlocking reliability,timeliness,organize,analyze and solve the problems in application,to enhance gas well production safety guarantee ability.
