婆婆针黄酮类化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：婆婆针为鬼针草属植物,是我国民间常用中药,植物资源丰富,药用历史悠久,具有清热解毒、消瘀散肿的功效。婆婆针中黄酮类化合物含量较高,为其主要活性成分,具有保肝、抗炎镇痛、降血糖、降血脂、减轻肺损伤等多种药理活性。本文对婆婆针中的黄酮类化学成分及其药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为该植物药的深入研究提供参考。Bidens bipinnata L.is a common traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of folk medicine.The plant resource of Bidens bipinnata L.is very rich.It has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying,eliminating stasis and dispersing swelling.Flavonoids are the main active constituents of Bidens bipinnata L.and the content of flavonoids is high.The flavonoids which isolated from Bidens bipinnata L.had various biological activities,such as hepatoprotection,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,hypoglycemic effect,anti-hyperlipidemia,reduction lung injury and other pharmacological activities.The research progress on the flavonoids which isolated from Bidens bipinnata L.and their pharmacological effects were summarized,in order to provide reference for further study of the plant.
