摘　　要：抗生素在促进畜禽类生长和预防疾病方面效果显著,随着畜禽养殖业规模化、集约化快速发展,抗生素过度使用问题日益严重。同时,抗生素药物在生产过程中会产生大量含抗生素残留的菌渣。本文系统比较传统抗生素降解技术的优缺点,提出寻找一种新型、环境友好型的抗生素无害化处理、资源化利用技术的迫切性。结合黑水虻生物特性科学阐述转化产物资源化利用方向及研究前景价值等方面进行阐述,系统总结黑水虻生物转化降解抗生素的机制及高值化应用进展,以期为抗生素的无害化处理和资源化利用提供参考。Antibiotics have remarkable effects in promoting the growth of livestock and poultry and preventing diseases.With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry breeding,the problem of overuse of antibiotics has become increasingly serious.At the same time,antibiotic drugs in the production process will produce a large number of antibiotic technologies are systematically compared,and the urgency of finding a new and environmentally friendly technology for harmless treatment and resource utilization of antibiotics is put forward.Based on the scientific description of biocharacteristics of black gadfly on the direction of resource utilization and research prospect value of transformation products,the mechanism of biotransformation and degradation of antibiotics and the progress of high-value application of black gadfly were systematically summarized,in order to provide reference for harmless treatment and resource utilization of antibiotics.
