摘 要:随着国内危险化学品生产装置及储存设施规模大型化、生产过程自动化水平逐步提高,大型化工企业必须同步加强和规范安全仪表系统的设置和管理。化工企业涉及“两重点一重大”的化工装置和危险化学品储存设施,要拥有符合相关标准规定的安全仪表系统。安全仪表系统(SIS)的设计要确定安全仪表功能(SIF)的安全完整性等级(SIL)。本文介绍了HAZOP分析与SIL评估的理念与目标,并结合真实分析与评估情况,对炼油厂联合加氢装置所发现的隐患规划合理的整改方案并予以在2022年扬子石化全面大检修期间实施,成功投用后取得了良好的应用效果,切实减少了装置的安全风险。With the large-scale production and storage facilities of domestic hazardous chemicals and the gradual improvement of the automation level of the production process,large chemical enterprises must simultaneously strengthen and standardize the setting and management of safety instrumented systems.Chemical enterprises involved in“two key and one major”chemical plants and hazardous chemical storage facilities must have safety instrumented systems that comply with relevant standards.Safety Instrumented Systems(SIS)are designed to determine the Safety Integrity Level(SIL)of the Safety Instrumented Function(SIF).This paper focuses on the concept and goals of HAZOP analysis and SIL assessment,and combines the actual analysis and assessment to plan a reasonable rectification plan for the hidden dangers found in the refinery's combined hydrogenation unit and implement it during the overall overhaul of Yangzi Petrochemical in 2022.,and achieved good application effect after being successfully put into use,effectively reducing the safety risk of the device.
