摘 要:采油螺杆泵针对油气比较大及高粘度原油的开采具有良好的适用性,可以显著提升水驱采油井、稠油井以及各类复杂工况井的生产开采效率,在石油工业的人工举升过程中被广泛应用。本文针对GLB-500型螺杆泵的基本参数建模,探究不同参数对螺杆泵运转性能的影响。利用流体力学计算分析方法,针对螺杆泵流场进行立体仿真分析,根据各种井下复杂工况设计不同的转速、油液粘度、含气率等工作参数,得到了该螺杆泵转子转速、油液粘度、含气率对采油运转性能的影响。本文仿真结果对采油螺杆泵工况的判断和生产参数的优化具有一定参考意义。Oil production screw pump has good applicability for the exploitation of large oil and gas and high viscosity crude oil,and can significantly improve the production and exploitation efficiency of water drive production Wells,heavy oil Wells and all kinds of Wells with complex working conditions.It is widely used in the artificial lifting process of the petroleum industry.Based on the basic parameter modeling of GLB-500 screw pump,this paper explores the influence of different parameters on the running performance of the screw pump.Using the fluid dynamics calculation and analysis method,the three-dimensional simulation analysis was carried out for the flow field of the progressing cavity pump.According to various complex underground working conditions,different working parameters such as speed,oil viscosity and gas content were designed,and the influence of the rotor speed,oil viscosity and gas content of the progressing cavity pump on oil recovery performance was obtained.The simulation results of this paper have a certain reference significance for the judgment of working conditions and the optimization of production parameters.
