摘 要:炼焦行业每年产生大量高毒、高腐蚀性、难以被降解的脱硫废液,脱硫废液属于《国家危险废物名录》中的危险废物,含有大量可回收利用的无机盐,也可通过高温燃烧裂解氧化制取硫酸,提盐和制酸是脱硫废液污染防治的达标可行技术和先进技术。阐述了脱硫废液产生节点和污染特征,分析了脱硫废液利用和处置的主要方式以及存在的问题,针对性的提出了脱硫废液掺煤炼焦、提盐和制酸综合利用的对策建议,可对脱硫废液进行精准管控从而防范环境风险,也对提高脱硫废液的综合利用率有一定的指导作用,还可促进钢铁和炼焦行业的健康发展。A large number of highly toxic,highly corrosive and difficult to be degraded desulfurization waste liquid was produced every year in China's coking industry.It is the hazardous waste which belongs to the“national hazardous waste list”.There were a lot of inorganic salts in desulfurization waste liquid which could be recycled.Sulfuric acid could be produced by high temperature combustion,pyrolysis and oxidation of desulfurization waste liquid.Salt extraction and acid making were feasible and advanced technologies for pollution control of desulfurization waste liquid.The generation and pollution characteristics of desulfurization waste liquid in China were described.The main ways of utilization and disposal of desulfurization waste liquid and the existing problems were analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of desulfurization waste liquid in coking with coal,salt extraction and acid production were put forward.It could accurately control desulfurization waste liquid to prevent environmental risks.It also played a guiding role in improving the comprehensive utilization rate of desulfurization waste liquid.It could promote the healthy development of steel and coking industries.
