摘  要:开展全塑型塑胶跑道面层材料有害物质释放量和有害物质含量,并对吸入暴露引起的大鼠氧化应激指标水平进行检测。结果发现,全塑型塑胶跑道面层材料有害物质释放量和有害物质含量均符合GB 36246-2018《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》要求。与同期正常对照组比较,30天染毒组雄鼠MDA含量下降(P<0.05),90天染毒组雌、雄性大鼠MDA含量上升(P<0.05),而90天染毒组雄鼠GSH-PX有上升趋势。结果表明,氧化应激指标可为全塑型塑胶跑道挥发性有机物的环境毒性进行预测,提供一定的研究参考。The release amount and content of harmful substances of plastic racetrack surface material were carried out,and oxidative stress index level of rats induced by inhalation exposure were also detected.The result shows that the release amount and content of harmful substances of plastic plastic running track surface material met the requirements of GB 36246-2018“Sports areas with synthetic surface for primary and middle schools”.Compared with normal control group of the same sex,MDA level of male rats in the 30-day exposure group was decreased(P<0.05),while that of female and male rats in the 90-day exposure group were increased(P<0.05).GSH-PX level of male rats in the 90-day exposure group showed an increasing trend.Oxidative stress can be used to predict the environmental toxicity of volatile organic compounds on plastic racetrack surface material and provide a certain reference for research.
