摘　　要：多目标区域地球化学调查样品的分析测试可为寻求地球化学异常提供数据基础,而质量控制的优劣直接决定分析质量。阐述了诸如低的检出限、合理的配套方案及最佳的仪器性能等多元素分析的要求;全面分析了测试过程中的质量控制方法,通过样品加工质量控制;分析方法准确度、精密度控制;重复性、异常点检验;过程控制;监控图控制等内、外部质量控制相结合的方法,形成了一套适合工作实际的质量控制流程图。分析了系统误差和偶然误差、异常点抽查、样品污染及低含量样品、数据验证等质量保证和质量措施对确保高质量分析数据的重要作用,为良好的元素成图效果作保证。The analysis and testing of multi-target regional geochemical survey samples can provide a data basis for seeking geochemical anomalies,and the quality of quality control directly determines the quality of analysis.The requirements for multi-element analysis,such as low detection limit,reasonable matching scheme and optimal instrument performance,are expounded.Through the combination of internal and external quality control methods such as sample processing quality control;analysis method accuracy and precision control;repeatability and abnormal point inspection;process control;monitoring chart control,etc.,and then a set of quality control flow charts suitable for actual work has been formed.The important roles of quality assurance and quality measures such as systematic error and accidental error,spot check of abnormal points,sample contamination and low-content samples,and data verification to ensure the high quality of analysis data are analyzed.Therefore,a good element mapping effect can be guaranteed.
