摘  要:为了开拓学生的科学眼界,加深学生对于聚合物结晶行为和屈服断裂的理解,设计开发了聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/纤维素复合材料制备与表征的综合性实验。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对PBAT复合材料结晶峰温、熔点、结晶度及屈服断裂行为进行分析,探讨了PBAT/纤维素复合材料的结晶行为和断裂特征的变化。通过该综合实验,学生不仅可以了解相关生物基可降解高分子材料的科技前沿,而且可以更好地掌握可降解高分子复合材料的制备方法及结晶、力学性能测试以及高分子材料加工测试的操作技能,为将来从事相关科研或实践工作打下基础。In order to broaden students'scientific horizons and deepen their understanding of polymer crystallization behavior and yield fracture,a comprehensive experiment on the preparation and characterization of polybutylene adipate(PBAT)/microcrystalline cellulose composites was designed and developed.The crystallization peak temperature,melting point,crystallinity and yield fracture behavior of PBAT composites were analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the changes of crystallization behavior and fracture characteristics of PBAT/cellulose composites were discussed.Through this comprehensive experiment,students can not only understand the scientific and technological frontier of relevant biodegradable polymers,but also better master the preparation methods of biodegradable polymer composites and the operation skills of crystallization,mechanical property testing and polymer material processing testing,so as to lay a foundation for engaging in relevant scientific research or practical work in the future.
