摘 要:页岩油作为常规油气资源的重要补充,其物理化学特性与常规石油有显著区别,传统石油转化理论无法完全适用于页岩油转化,因此,研究页岩油清洁转化意义重大。本文利用超临界甲醇对页岩油进行加氢精制,探究了Cu MgAlO_(x)催化剂、反应时间、反应温度对页岩油超临界甲醇加氢过程中的调控作用。结果发现,页岩油原料通过超临界甲醇加氢处理后,不饱和成分显著减少,而饱和组分增加,其中烯烃与酮类组分含量由25.8%和14.2%下降为11.6和0%,而烷烃含量则由27.7上升至36%;经过超临界甲醇加氢脱氧反应后液体产物中沸点低于350摄氏度的由89.06%,上升为95.84%。反应温度越高,反应时间越长,页岩油轻质化越明显,碳链长度为7~11的产物比例越高。As an important supplement to conventional oil and gas resources,the physical and chemical properties of shale oil are significantly different from conventional oil.The traditional oil conversion theory cannot be fully applied to shale oil conversion.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the clean conversion of shale oil.In this paper,shale oil was hydrotreated with supercritical methanol,and the regulatory effects of CuMgAlO_(x) catalyst,reaction time,and reaction temperature on shale oil supercritical methanol hydrogenation were investigated.The results showed that after supercritical methanol hydrogenation,the unsaturated components of shale oil feedstock decreased significantly,while the saturated components increased.The content of olefins and ketones decreased from 25.8%and 14.2%to 11.6 and 0%,while the content of alkanes increased from 27.7%to 36%;After supercritical methanol hydrodeoxygenation,the boiling point of liquid products below 350℃increased from 89.06%to 95.84%.The higher the reaction temperature,the longer the reaction time,the more obvious the shale oil is lighter,and the higher the proportion of products with a carbon chain length of 7~11.
