摘 要:二维碳化钛(Ti_(3)C_(2))纳米片是一种二维过渡金属碳化物MXene材料,由于其自身优异的光学、电学以及生物相容性能,使其成为MXene家族中最有应用前景的成员之一。但在合成过程中剥离程度上存在缺陷,产品产率低。为了提高产品的产率,以钛碳化铝为原料,用氢氟酸对其前驱体Ti_(3)AlC_(2)中的Al层进行选择性刻蚀剥离,用四甲基氢氧化铵和二甲基亚砜分别进行插层,最后在外部剪刀力(超声)作用下,最终剥离出单层的Ti_(3)C_(2)纳米片。研究结果表明,用HF进行刻蚀,四甲基氢氧化铵进行插层,合成出高产率的Ti_(3)C_(2)纳米片,产率高达19.35%。Two-dimensional titanium carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2))nanosheets as a two-dimensional transition metal carbide material are one of the most promising members of the MXene family due to its excellent optical,electrical,and biocompatibility properties.Ti_(3)C_(2) nanosheets have been widely synthesized and applied in many fields.However,there are defects in the peeling degree in the synthesis process,and the product yield is low.In order to improve the yield of the product,using titanium aluminum carbide as raw material,the Al layer in its precursor Ti3AlC2 was selectively etched and stripped with hydrofluoric acid,and intercalated with tetramethylammonium hydroxide and dimethyl sulfoxide respectively.Finally,under the action of external shear force(ultrasound),the single-layer Ti_(3)C_(2) nanosheet was finally stripped.The results show that Ti_(3)C_(2) nanosheets with high yield were synthesized by etching with HF and intercalation with tetramethylammonium hydroxide,and the yield was as high as 19.35%.
