摘 要:本文采用膜蒸馏工艺(MD)对模拟生活污水进行净化处理,分析MD对生活污水的净化效果,同时针对膜污染现象进行研究,基于污染物-蒸馏膜界面相互作用能计算,探究生活污水中主要污染物-蛋白质和多糖对膜蒸馏膜污染行为的影响机理及膜面有机污染层的形成机制。试验发现:MD工艺处理生活污水等有机污废水具有显著优势,对蛋白质和多糖等非挥发性污染物的去除率高达96%以上。蒸馏膜面蛋白质沉积量明显多于多糖,但少量多糖沉积即可引起比较显著的膜通量下降,这与膜面有机滤饼层的形成有关。Membrane distillation(MD)technology was applied for the treatment of simulated municipal sewage,and the hydrophobic PTFE membrane was chosen as the separation medium.The purification efficiency of municipal sewage by MD process was detailedly researched in this work,and the membrane fouling during the MD treatment was also explored.The mechanism of organic fouling in MD system was deeply researched via the interfacial interaction energy calculation of foulant-PTFE membrane using XDLVO theory.It was found that the MD techonology exhibited a good performance for the treatment of municipal sewage,and the interception rate of protein and polysaccharide was both higher than 96%.The protein exhibited higher deposition on the MD membrane than polysaccharide,while a more severe flux decline trend was obtained for the polysaccharide.
