摘 要:以钛基钌铱涂层电极板为阳极、纯钛电极板为阴极,对以废旧三元电池为原料进行湿法冶金回收锂过程产生的MVR浓缩母液开展电催化氧化降解有机物实验。以COD的去除率为指标评价有机物的降解率,探究了电极间距、电流密度和pH等因素对电催化结果的影响。确定适宜的条件为:电流密度50 mA/cm^(2),极板间距38 mm,p H为9。在此条件下,对300 mL初始COD为7073 mg/L的母液降解效果较好,电催化氧化2小时后的COD去除率可达35%左右。Using titanium-Ruthenium-iridium coated electrode plate as anode and pure titanium electrode plate as cathode,the electrocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds in concentrated mother liquor of MVR produced from waste ternary batteries in the process of hydrometallurgical recovery of lithium was carried out.The removal rate of COD was used as the index to evaluate the degradation rate of organic matter,and the influence of electrode spacing,current density and pH on the result of electrocatalysis was explored.The optimum conditions are as follows:current density 50 mA/cm^(2),plate spacing 38 mm,pH 9.Under these conditions,the degradation effect of 300 mL mother liquor with initial COD of 7073 mg/L is good,and the COD removal rate can reach about 35%after 2 hours of electrocatalytic oxidation.
