摘 要:本文采用响应面法研究针对上海石油烃污染场地土壤的热脱附修复,拟获得石油烃脱附效率与各研究因子的数学关系和条件最优解,进而指导工程现场修复施工。结果表明:试验组符合quadratic模型(R^(2)=0.892),且残差符合正态分布,模型具有较好的预测能力;土壤石油烃脱附效率与温度、加热时间呈正相关,与筛孔目数呈负相关即土壤粒径越小脱附效果越差,其中加热时间和筛孔两因子存在良好的交互影响;当筛孔目数为37目、温度为329℃、停留时间为19 min时,土壤中的石油烃可达到近100%的脱附效率,为模型预测最优解。In this paper,the response surface method is used to research the remediation of a petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated site in Shanghai by thermal desorption.The mathematical relationship between the removal of petroleum hydrocarbon and various research factors can be got.Meanwhile,the optimal solution is proposed to guide the on-site remediation construction of the project.The results show that the test results conform to the quadratic model(R^(2)=0.892),and the residuals accord with the normal distribution,which mean that the model has good prediction ability;The desorption efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil is positively correlated with temperature and heating time.But it is negatively correlated with sieve mesh number,indicating that the smaller the soil particle size,the worse the desorption effect;When the mesh size is 37 mesh,the temperature is 329℃,and the retention time is 19 min,the desorption efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil can reach nearly 100%,which is the best solution predicted by this model.
