摘　　要：SDS烟气脱硫技术目前广泛应用于焦炉烟气与工业窑炉烟气的治理,在以往实施案例中,SDS烟气脱硫系统的运行往往存在脱硫剂使用量大,脱硫效率不高的情况。湖南安普诺环保科技有限公司针对此问题提出ENPRO专利技术—一种智能高效精准H-SDS烟气脱硫除尘一体化工艺技术,用于解决常规SDS脱硫系统运行过程中出现的以上问题,以保证脱硫体统的正常稳定运行,旨在提高脱硫效率、减少脱硫剂的用量,为企业脱硫系统的运行创造效益。SDS flue gas desulfurization technology is widely used in coke oven flue gas and industrial kiln flue gas treatment,In the past implementation cases,the operation of SDS flue gas desulfurization system often has a large amount of desulfurizer and low desulfurization efficiency.In order to solve this problem,Hunan Anpu Nuo Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.proposed ENPRO patent technology-an intelligent,efficient and accurate H-SDS integrated process technology for flue gas desulfurization and dust removal,Used to solve the above problems in the operation of conventional SDS desulphurization system,To ensure the normal and stable operation of the desulfurization system,The purpose is to improve the desulfurization efficiency,reduce the amount of desulfurizer,and create benefits for the operation of enterprise desulfurization system.
