摘 要:类玻璃高分子是基于缔合型共价适应网络的新型高分子材料,简要说明了解离型和缔合型共价适应性网络的概念,着重介绍了缔合型共价适应网络的特点与其可逆反应机理,以及其赋予材料的独特性能;总结了近些年来构成类玻璃高分子网络结构的共价交换反应类型及机制,并分别介绍了各种反应类型的特点及代表性实例,列举了类玻璃高分子最新应用以及不同的增强方法。认为类玻璃高分子的未来发展方向是进一步提高使用寿命与降低再加工温度,也是未来高分子材料发展的趋势。Vitrimers are new polymeric materials based on associated covalent adaptive networks,showing a rapid response to stimuli(heat,light,pressure,etc.).The concepts of dissociated and associated covalent adaptive networks are briefly described in this paper.The characteristics of associated covalent adaptive networks and their reversible reaction mechanism are introduced,as well as the unique properties(self-healing,welding,reprocessing)that they present in materials.The types and mechanisms of covalent exchange reactions that constitute the network structure of vitrimer in recent years are summarized.The characteristics and representative examples of various types reaction are introduced respectively.The latest applications and different modification methods of vitrimer are listed.The development direction of vitrimer is to further improve the service life and reduce the reprocessing temperature,also the polymer development in the future.
